• The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

3. Process for Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Provide your order number and a photo of the product showing the issue (if damaged or incorrect).

3. Once approved, ship the item back to our address. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or wrongly sent.

4. Refunds

• We do not offer cash refunds.

• If the item is out of stock or cannot be replaced, a voucher or store credit of equal value will be provided.
