• Aqsveed is a Pakistani clothing brand focused on men's eastern wear.

• These terms apply to all users, buyers, affiliates, and visitors to our online platforms.

• By using our services, you agree to comply with all local laws and these terms.

2. Orders & Payment

• All product prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).

• Orders must be paid in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept cash on delivery (COD), bank transfers, and digital wallets (e.g., Easypaisa).

• Aqsveed reserves the right to cancel or delay any order due to stock issues, payment failures, or verification requirements.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days across Pakistan.

• Delivery times may vary due to weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

• Aqsveed is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.

• We do not offer cash refunds unless a product is out of stock and paid in advance.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or wrongly sent.

5. Affiliate Program

• Our affiliate program allows individuals to earn commissions by promoting Aqsveed products.

• Affiliates can earn up to 20% commission on sales made via their referral link or code.

• There are no charges to join the affiliate program, but certain eligibility requirements must be fulfilled.

• Affiliate commissions are paid after verification of the referred sales and may be subject to minimum payout thresholds.

• Any misuse of the system (fake orders, false referrals, unethical marketing) may result in termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of earnings.

6. Intellectual Property

• All product designs, logos, brand names, and website content are the property of Aqsveed.

• Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Aqsveed is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our services.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased.

8. Account Termination

• Aqsveed reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user or affiliate account for violations of these terms, without prior notice.

9. Changes to Terms

• Aqsveed may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our platforms, and continued use of our services will be considered as acceptance of those changes.
